Camping Room

Dis is my camping bed, my mum stole my mattress, so that she could sleep on it. She piled up some quilts, so that I could just about peek through the window. In the room, there is this, and an old dresser and my scratching pad. That is it!!!
Mum says, I has to enjoy it, cos next week I am off to fat camp!!! I have to go to a cattery (a four hour drive away), cos mum is house and dog sitting til we move into our new house. You won't get to see photos of it til we move in at the end of January.

  1. Oh Poppy Dear, I will miss you! But I look forward to meeting up again in January in your new home. I'm glad you have a nice cozy perch for the week to come. Best wishes for happiness in the new place for you and your mum!

  2. Oh, Poppy, I'm sorry to hear you are headed off to fat camp. Scout could really benefit from a fat camp.

We are in the process of moving too, so we understand how you feel.

    It's a little confusing, isn't it?

  3. Poppy darling...don't lose any of your beautiful feminine shape at Fat Camp. Just tell them you want your usual noms.

    Love and nose taps.

  4. Poppy - not fat camp! You had better not come back looking differently. Oh, that's okay, we'll still love you, but we'll miss you! Good luck with the rest of the move and we're looking forward to pics of the new house!

  6. Just give the folks at "fat camp" the "stare". They'll give you extras. If that doesn't work, try the arched-back-leg-rub.

  8. Miss Poppy, so many things are happening! We hope they don't starve you to nothing at fat camp. Are you a good car rider? We would sing the whole four hours!
The end of January can't come quickly enough!

  9. Poppy, you're gonna drive with your mum for four hours?! Wow. Mama says your mum must be brave. Not sure what she means because I think you're the brave one. It sounds like you'll be there for a long time. We'll miss you!

  11. You're going to be living in a cattery until the end of January? Oh, Poppy, this must be a confusing time for you. We hope all will go well for you and your mom until you are safely in your new home.

  12. Oh no! Fat camp doesn't sound to flash! You better eat up before you go as they might really limit your food!

  16. We will miss you Poppy. You have to twist them around your paw at Fat Camp so you get extra treats.

  19. Oh goodness, Poppy! It sounds like you'll be away from your mum for a long time. How awful for you both. We will keep you in our prayers.
We hope that you have a joyous Christmas, dear one. We will be so lonely without you.

  20. Poppy,
Rusty and I are devastated that you are going to be away from us for so long. Everyday when I come home from work, I plunk down with Rusty in my lap and check on you. Will you really be in the cattery for a whole month? We will miss you dearly.
    Love,
    Rusty and Deborah
